When booking with the Nautilus Noosa, the guest acknowledges and agrees with the following terms and conditions. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Quoted tariffs will be honoured where bookings have been confirmed by receipt of a deposit.<h3>Payment</h3>We accept MasterCard, Visa and cash.&nbsp;&nbsp;Cancellation PolicyHigh Seasons &amp; School HolidaysThe guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.&nbsp;The guest will be charged 50% of the booking if they cancel any less 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a pre-payment of the cost of the first night in the 14 days before arrival.Low Seasons and Short Notice Bookings&nbsp; Confirmed BookingOn cancellation of confirmed bookings, we are happy to agree to defer the booking for a future date.Alternatively, we do charge an Administration Fee of $200 if the booking is cancelled.&nbsp;The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, covering email, refund and bank fee.<h3>Arrival And Departure Times</h3><ul><li>Check in from 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).</li><li>Check out by or before 10.00am.</li><li>Early check-in or late check out is by prior arrangement and may incur additional costs.</li><li>Additional Guests</li></ul>Our tariffs provide for the following room occupancy:2 bedroom – 4, 3 bedroom – 6, In some properties the option to increase occupancy with the use of rollaway or mattress beds is available by prior arrangement. The guests must vacate the apartment for any failure to comply with a warning.</li><li>There is no refund for early departure.</li><li>The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.</li><li>The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.</li><li>In the event the Guest decides to cancel their booking – the Cancellation Policy will be applied as defined under Booking Terms and Conditions.</li><li>The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage, extra cleaning, including washing, drying, return to the cupboards, utensils, crockery, cutlery, or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.</li><li>If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. Nautilus Noosa Resort offers a selection of 10 two-level Townhouse Apartments with full kitchen facilities,  two spacious bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.  The master bedroom features a queen size bed with the second bedroom providing either two single beds.  Each apartment is individual and has an eclectic mix of furnishings. Downstairs is spacious open plan lounge/ living /dining and kitchen areas leading onto an outdoor Garden Patio. The apartments are  furnished for your comfort.  Private laundry facilities are provided along with a second toilet downstairs.  The resort has a heated pool, spa and floodlit tennis court.

The two main bedrooms both offer queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Your own separate laundry is downstairs where you have a washing machine and dryer and a second toilet.
